Join chef Felicia Ramos for a hands on workshop creating authentic Mexican desserts like Tres Leche Cake and Sopapillas. After a brief presentation on these and other authentic and often unknown Mexican sweets, Felicia will lead the class in preparing these delicious Mexican specialties!
Felicia is a native New Mexican living the dream in NWA. Happily married with 8 children and boundless energy, Felicia loves creating safe and interactive environments for children to grow and thrive. She is a public speaker and advocate for preventing child abuse and neglect and is founder and executive director of Project Play. Passionate about Jesus, being a mom, wife, tacos, toys, road trips, foster care, rap music, and children’s art, Felicia’s therapy is cooking Mexican food and feeding anyone who is hungry!
Cost for class $20 per student, limited to a total of 20 participants. Each student will take home a dozen sopapillas and enjoy fine tres leches cake and coffee from Arsaga’s Coffee Roasters. Tickets are non-refundable. (In the event that you are unable to use your ticket we will make every effort to resell your ticket and refund your money, but if we can’t find someone to purchase the seat, there will be no refund.)
