Yoga on the Mountain
Saturday, February 15, 2pm – 4pm
LeeAnn Woodrum, (CIYT) Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher, will lead a two hour restorative workshop that will include an asana practice, pranayama and deep relaxation. All skill levels welcome. Bring a friend!
Iyengar yoga emphasizes correct alignment of all parts of the body within each yoga pose to promote stamina, strength-balance, and flexibility- and a new sense of well being.
Please bring a yoga mat and any props you have, including cushion and blanket (let us know if you need props).
Class fee is $15. This event is limited to 14 participants. Tickets are non-refundable. (In the event that you are unable to use your ticket we will make every effort to resell your ticket and refund your money, but if we can’t find someone to purchase the seat, there will be no refund.)
