Join Chef Felicia Ramos in a journey to Mexico as we learn how to create authentic Mexican Gorditas.
These traditional Mexican appetizers(antojitos) are made with a rich masa dough wrapped around savory fillings of meat, cheese and vegetables, served up with complex, spicy salsas. A delicious and filling treat on their own or as an an entree to dinner, these little “chubbies” are a classic Mexican dish with layers of flavor, sure to please.
Tickets are $20 per person and include instruction, tasting, and a dozen gorditas to take home! Class is limited to 20 participants.
All tickets must be purchased prior to the workshop and the number is limited, so call today! (Ticket cost is non-refundable and is viewed as a donation to Ozark Folkways.) If you are unable to make the class, please let us know as soon as possible, so we can offer the open spot to others.
