Mardi Gras Cooking Demo with Chef Heather Artripe

Laissez les bons temps rouler! Or, let the good times roll! Mardi Gras is coming up quick and what better way to celebrate than with food! Our instructor, Heather Artripe, is fresh back from New Orleans and eager to share her love and passion for The Big Easy with you.
In this class we will learn some history of New Orleans as well the history of some of its most iconic dishes. We will also go over some tips and tricks to make your food taste just like you were sitting in the middle of the French Quarter. Gumbo, Jambalaya, Maque Choux, and Pecan Praline Bread Pudding are on the menu!
Tickets are $20 per person and include the tasting experience. This event is limited to 15 participants. Tickets are non-refundable. (In the event that you are unable to use your ticket we will make every effort to resell your ticket and refund your money, but if we can’t find someone to purchase the seat, there will be no refund.)
