Statehouse Electric Concert

Saturday, August 31, 6:30 pm

Fayetteville duo Statehouse Electric features high lonesome vocals with harmonies and heartfelt playing.

Drawing from traditional music, classic country, Americana, country blues, gospel, and rock and roll, they create a compelling sketch of the American musical landscape, stretching from the deep past into the present.

Their original material synthesizes their disparate influences into a unique sound that is sympathetic to what has come before, but seeks new expression.

Admission is free, but a donation of $10 will support the musicians and the mission of Ozark Folkways to preserve, develop, instruct, and celebrate the arts, crafts, and music of our region.

Candy Lee Concert

Saturday, September 14, 6:30 pm

Candy Lee is an award winning singer/songwriter hailing from the Ozark Mountains.

She’s a multi-instrumentalist with an eclectic writing style that draws from her love of Americana, 1940s Jazz, Bluegrass, Blues and Funk.

But her music is far from traditional. She puts a shine on it all with a modern indie polish, and a unique, crystal clear voice that leaves listeners feeling like they’ve had a breath of fresh air.

Admission is free, but a donation of $10 at the door will support the musician and the mission of Ozark Folkways to preserve, develop, instruct, and celebrate the arts, crafts, and music of our region.
